Procedure for Booking Rooms at Affiliated Clubs
Members are requested to follow the below procedure to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process:
- Contact the Affiliated Club Directly: Before making any request, contact the respective affiliated club to obtain details such as room tariffs, room types, and availability.
- Confirm Booking Details: Once you have confirmed the above details with the affiliated club, send an email from your registered email ID to hr@raipathclub.com, with a copy to the concerned affiliated club.
- Provide the Following Details for Processing the Booking:
- Your Name
- Membership Number
- Name of the Affiliated Club
- Check-in Date
- Check-out Date
- Number of Rooms Required
- Processing of Booking: Upon receiving your email, the Club will issue an Introduction Letter with the booking details to the concerned affiliated club to facilitate your room reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation charges levied by the affiliated club will be borne solely by the member.
